Oh it sounds like Clara is back. What makes you think that we haven't spoken about it? Are you in our conversations?

Ask him about that letter from the website and what he was so afraid Bagwell would find out he was saying.

I just recently found out that one of his pen pals has been lurking on this site or could be a poster...who knows...but has been telling him everything about this site. So unfortunately he knows about most of this and it has done nothing but made him crazy. I will try my best not to bring it up but I'm sure that over the weekend I wont be able to hold it back! I just hope that everyone else who has been involved has not been affected so negatively!!

Southern - this is just my opinion, but I don't think it would be wise to tell Randy everything that's been on this site. But, please do tell him of the support he gets from those on here who believe in him. I'm sure he'd like to hear it. -- Edited by randysupporter at 11/28/2006 7:07 PM

Hey supporter...I will be going to see Randy this weekend. I am debating on whether or not to tell him about what has been going on with this site. I don't think that there is any reason to put anyone through more crap than they are already going through. I will tell him about the support he is getting from some of yall!! :*)

I find it continually amazing that my posts are 'poofed' from this thread - and wonder who these 'moderators' are. I haven't posted anything offensive. I've been posting that this 'website' that posters who put down Randy's case & are all 'pro-Gambill', that this website is biased toward Gambill & that it should be taken with a 'grain of salt'. It has always surprised me, that for a website, like A&E, you would think that they would believe in "FREEDOM OF SPEECH". Apparently, one or all of the moderators, do not.

I agree mrsbig. Daybreak had something to do with this site. Wasn't he/she the first one to mention anything about a website? Also, you make a good point about the Bagwell error not being in the transcripts.

Bono the website is biased as it is now, because it only displays excerpts from the testimony, not the testimony in whole. I kinda think that Daybreak may have had some knowledge of the creation of this website, similar information has been posted here. There is mention of Bagwell's error in the summary, but it is not quoted in the testimony. There is also an explanation as to why Bagwell may have made an error in testifying that GAMBIL shot Heather. He was trying to implicate Randy as the one who shot her but accidently said it was Gambil.

I agree. The media coverage was very biased and only wanted the coverage because they thought a public apology might draw ratings, especially with the family posed there in a studio type setting. American people love that sort of thing. It is entertainment. I have been made fun of on here, but I can understand. I feel the real truth is what this website has to say. I have to say "TESTIMONY" is so much more real than any A&E "american justice".. There are people here(discussions) who have been well educated on this case, either they are family or friends who are close to this case. It will really make you think about who this trigger man is!! I read there is another show on this case (that I have not viewed,If someone can tell me how to request a copy) I feel how can a website be biased, if it is important transcripts?? Its like helping the public better understand as you read testimony.the person(or persons) who built this website is pretty well educated and has the facts. Its like allowing us who are reading the testimony then in blue, its like reading between the lines to beter educate us. It's all about "WOOD" everthing you trying and understand to learn.I feel that would be "biased" Reading also this one post, someone posted, they felt it was wrong to build this website and naming it "Heatherrichmurder" I feel that poster is not that educated on websites. The reason I have to bring that up is that fact if one is going to build a website, it is designed to what you are building this site on a CERTAIN subject, once you build it the purpose is to put it out for the people to search their subject, so you build it and when someone wants to view anything about all 4 people involved in this case, search engine searchs the keyword of command you put your search in for(facts about a website) "HEATHER RICH" and your search will lead you to the website!! I found myself really thinking and to be honest Wood said the Bagwell guy tied a shoelace around a rock(rolling eyes)A shoestring what type of rock was it?? A pebble!! That is what(plus other factors)He said the Bagwell guy done, well,a jury really felt BAGWELL done this so he is guilty,(I'd be laughing my ass off at WOOD,If I was on the jury..)Could he have not came up wit a better lie to get back at Josh for banging his exgirlfriend(heather was most likely the only girl he ever got it from) so he is mad at Bagwell for she gave it willingly to Bagwell and to the Gambill guy, I guess cause she never rejected either one of them .But she rejected him...The rock story is like so STUPID !! Am I correct about this shoelace sttory?? How can one obtain the other show that was about this case?? I ordered te A&E show on this case should be ere anyday...

I know that everyone talks about all the media coverage surrounding this case, but I have not seen much at all. I saw two programs, what, six or seven years after the crime was committed and I had to search the internet and then pay a couple of dollars to read the one article I could find that seemed to have any information. That is not extensive media coverage. When I saw the programs on television this summer was the first I ever even heard of this case. I know that I live in New Jersey (no where near Texas) but even in New Jersey we hear about the crimes that are getting "extensive media coverage." Extensive media coverage is Laci Peterson, Jon Benet Ramsey, etc. Cases that were actually covered from beginning to end, with tons of media (articles, programs, books, etc.). A case that has two programs and a few articles isn't exactly great media coverage. I bet I could ask anyone I know if they have ever heard of Heather Rich and they would say no. I don't see how biased the media could be with so little coverage.
